About The Mommy Trainer

Erin Diffenderfer, The Mommy Trainer (TMT), is the leading parenting and life coach in the south, with twenty years of hands on experience with children and parenting. She provides sensible, no-nonsense parenting tools and advice to help parents have the confidence to tackle their parenting challenges.  Her passion and fascination with the topics of parenting and family dynamics began at an early age and led her to learn all she could on the topic. Parenting her own children over the years, working with friends and family along with teaching in preschools early on in her career has helped shape her into a professional parenting coach.  Mrs. Diffenderfer works with parents to craft a winning formula that is customized and personalized to fit their lifestyle. Her approach is to assess each individual and share ideas and direction for parenting through her unique Balance, Forethought and Being yourself, (BFB) approach.  Her services help guide parents to become the parent they want to be through one-one-one coaching and exclusive articles, tips/ideas and a forum to ask questions through a special club membership at www.themommytrainer.com.

Erin brings years of experience as a business owner to her work as The Mommy Trainer. Mrs. Diffenderfer is involved with local charity, Anderson Interfaith Ministries (AIM) and their Women and Children Succeeding (WACS) program as their exclusive parenting coach to more than 25 women.  She is also a former member of the advisory board for Anderson County’s United Way Success By 6 program, has served on many school and business committees and is the former Chairperson of the Pendleton High School School Improvement Council 2008-2010.

In addition, she is a regular monthly feature on the TV Show Your Carolina with Jack and Kimberly, can be seen from time to time on Scene on 7 (a local night time entertainment/ news show), and has articles published on parenting in various local and national publications and websites.

Born and raised in the Silicon Valley of California, Mrs. Diffenderfer currently resides in Anderson, SC with her husband, Jim, and teenage son, Travis. Her Daughter, Kaitlin, is a student at Anderson University.
